Just left chik fil a, and can I just say WOW! Amazing service. The food was great as usual, and service was as well. While we were there it started to pour down rain, and they gave us a complimentary cup of coffee while we waited. Then, while it poured, SD walked us each out to the car one a time with an umbrella. SO nice of him! Markita was great and friendly, as were Kyle and Kallie. Awesome all around!

Always a good day at chick fil a I love getting the same greeting no matter what location I visit and the people ALWAYS have a smile on their faces. Fast food isn't a fun or easy job, but they don't let that show. #1 with pepper jack and a coke. Yummy.

This place is fairly chaotic at lunch even during Memorial Day. However, food is quick and the service is more friendly than I feel most fast food joints typically are. They have the calorie counts on the menu, which is a huge win. Love the Chick-fil-A sauce: Tastes like a slightly cheesy honey mustard. Restaurant is very clean despite the rush. They also have tables outside with sun umbrellas and a playplace inside.

This is my first experience eating from any Chick-fil-A, and it will be my last. The food....waffle fries were fresh and hot. chicken fillets not so much. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo, when I got up to the window they somehow had charged me for the 3 piece combo I ordered plus a side order of 4 chicken fillets! I told them, no, no, no.... I only ordered one 3 piece combo. The guy at the window, who was very nice and friendly, said, "I'm sorry mam'. I already rang it up, and he couldn't change it. So, I am left with one fillet combo, 3 pieces of chicken barely cooked, and another box with 4 pieces of chicken that looked as old as the day was long! Oh, and a bill of 12 bucks! The drive thro was horrible. We passed by a large glass side of the building and could see inside, which exposed the under part of the kids slide and a variety of supplies and junk. You would think the manager would at least put up some flyers or something to block this view, but there it was. not appetizing as we are driving up to order. All-in -all... I paid 12 bucks for a half of chicken fillet, and an order of fries, and a drink. Hello and Good-by Chick-fil-A!

Inconsistent! The first time we stopped the chicken was outstanding; hot, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. So with food like that we stopped again the next time in the area. Altogether different; chicken was cold, soggy, limp, not fit to eat. But since I am diabetic and had already taken insulin I couldn't send it back. Too many good eateries in the area, we will not go back.

I have seen them all over the country, but I have never stopped there. A few weeks ago, they opened one by my mom's house. I had grown tired of the rubbery grilled chicken sandwich at Sonic and thought I would try a place that specializes in chicken. Lunchtime on a Tuesday, it was insane with old people, men in suits and kids....what the hell, aren't kids in school in October? Anyway, they had put up orange cones to contain the drive thru, so I went inside. I had to repeat my order several times, which is not unusual. Since I was a kid, I have ordered my fast food burgers and chicken sandwiches with cheese only. I guess that is still hard for employee's to comprehend. In fact, it is so hard to comprehend, that they always hand it over with something extra. Chick-fil-A was no exception. Pickles....which I can't stand. Normally I would just pull off their extra addition, but pickles include pickle juice, which, had already soaked into my bun. I returned it and watched as they made a new one. What I ordered was the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. It is fried. I had planned on ordering the grilled chicken, but they hooked me with the "spicy" part. I had already stopped by Sonic to get my Route 44 ice tea, so I knew I could put out the fire. I didn't order fries, which was ok, because I am not big on the waffle variety. The shakes looked pretty intriguing, but I thought the fried sandwich would do enough damage for the day. The counter is sort of a cluster f**k, there is not enough room to line up behind each separate register, so you come through the door and end up standing in an area which really isn't the end of the line, but the end of only one line. To complicate matters even more, there is a door on the other end of the counter that blows the napkins and signs all over the place but still doesn't get you to where you need to be. Even with the crows, my order came up pretty quick. I don't think I have ever had a fast food chicken sandwich that hot, juicy, thick or crispy. It wasn't quite as spicy as I had hoped, but I guess they have to appeal to the masses. I can't wait to try the grilled chicken. Next time.

Oh hell yes to delicioius chicken! I am so pleased with the staffing and management. These people, even if it is in their employment interest, are super friendly. The manager is great at helping out the local communities. They have done Piper High School fundraisers for their swim team and other sports. I mean just really great at supporting the community. Now about the food, I just think great selection for a chicken restaurant. I love the chicken nuggets, I mean you can really tell that it comes from a chicken breast and not just stamped together. Also great waffle fries and even the side salad is good. I really love thier milkshakes too! Good place to grab some food.

As the 15 year old behind the counter awkwardly mumbled, "The pleasure is all mine," after I'd thanked him for handing me my tea, I knew, this would be in the top 10 weirdest eating experiences of all time. All signs were pointing directly toward bizarre. We waited in line for 25 minutes due to a few things, the two (extremely) young people in charge cashiering and that they were running out of all kinds of things. Seven people asked for lemonade, the kid replied, "we're out," as all of us saw a half full tempting container of swirling lemonade behind him. When our turn to order came it went smoother than most, as we were prepared and knew there was no lemonade to be had. J and I chose a table that suddenly began to smell like a dirty diaper. I was not about to look for said diaper but that's a smell that everyone knows. We quickly scooted to the other side of the restaurant. 16 more minutes later, I knew our food was next. It had to be! You can tell that they actually *try* to really live up to good customer service. They believe in the little things like no self serve drink station and they bring your food to you, if you choose. However, when they do bring your food, they yell your name. As it had already been that kind of day it should have been no surprise when the young man yelled, "Mancy! Mancy!" I had two responses...1) Really? and 2) My own hysterical laughter. As we sat down to eat, out of the corner of my eye I saw a 60 year old woman climbing through the play land like tubes, up on top. I highly doubt she was shorter than 5 foot but she was clearly enjoying herself. The spicy chicken itself was excellent, maybe not worth waiting almost an hour but we were in no hurry. I liked the Chick-fil-A sauce, it is almost honey mustard but in a good way. The girl that was working the drive thru window was ON. IT. She had people flying out of there, so, if you go and don't have a lot of time, absolutely utilize the drive-thru option. They seemed a bit ill prepared for the crowds due to it's Saturday-ness and Farm Aid at Livestrong. Honestly, if it hadn't been so ridiculous, I'd have given the place a 3 but the food is pretty good and they made me laugh so, that goes a long way, so, 4 stars it is.

All I can say about this place is "WOW!" Customer service rules at this establishment. I have never been to a place that values customer service as much as this one. The food was fresh and delicious and you didn't even have to beg for extra sauce. It doesn't get any better than this.
